Oatmeal and Blueberry Pancake

 



Ingredients

 

Flour: a cup and a quarter
Oats: 12 cup
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
Milk: one and a quarter cup (skimmed)
Eggs: 1 piece (scrambled)
Blueberry: 1 cup (fresh blueberries)
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

 

How to prepare
1. Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

2. In another bowl, mix eggs, oil and milk.

3. Add the egg, milk and oil mixture to the flour and oats mixture and stir until it becomes a liquid paste.

4. Add the blueberry and my heart.

5. Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add a quarter cup of the mixture and leave it for 2 minutes until it turns brown.

6. Then turn the pancake over to brown.

7. Serve hot, along with the light cream or honey and fruits, as desired.
