Muffin pancake

 


Ingredients


Flour: one and a half cups

Baking powder: 3 teaspoons

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Sugar: a tablespoon

Milk: one and a quarter

Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

Eggs: 1 piece

Butter: 3 tablespoons (melted)

- Blueberry: cup (fresh / for decoration)

How to prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


2. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.


3. Make a hole inside the flour mixture in the center and pour the milk, vanilla, egg and butter and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous and the mixture becomes smooth.


4. Spread the mixture in the prepared muffin tray with paper or greased with butter.


5. Spread the blueberry on each pancake and put the tray in the oven for 12 minutes.


6. Leave to cool a little, then serve with a pinch of syrup.
